TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> REs Petition of Rotary Liquors of Mashpee for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-82-9-024 <br /> A Petition was filed by Rotary Liquors, of Mashpee, Ma., for <br /> permission to operate a Liquor Store on property located in the <br /> New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication In the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on August 31, 1982 and September 7, 1982, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, September 15, 1982, at 7+30 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughouti Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr. and Virginia <br /> T.
