TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> P,gg DECISION <br /> REs Petition of Gertrude Mainberger for a Variance Case #V-82-11-027 <br /> A Petition was filed by Gertrude Mainberger, of New Jersey, for <br /> permission to vary the minimum lot size on property located on Uncle <br /> Percy's Road, Mashpee Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee, on October 19, 1982 and October 26, 1982 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 3, 1982, at 7130 p.m, at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughoutt Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Virginia T. <br /> Landry. <br /> Mr. Farrar from Cape & Islands Surveying representing Gertrude <br /> Maniberger explained that they would be taking 71" feet from lot 13 <br /> and adding it to lot 14, reducing lot 13 to 9,400 sq. ft. <br />
