TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rye - <br /> DECISION <br /> REs Petition of Alan Industries for a Special Permit - Case # SP-82-11-026 <br /> A Petition was filed by Alan Industries, of Waquoit, Ma. , for <br /> permission to operate a Video Movie & Audio Visual Equipment Rental and <br /> Storage on property located at the Rotart Circle and Great Neck Road, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on October 19, 1982 and October 26, 1982 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 3, 1982, at 7130 p.m, at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughoutt <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Mendleson made the presentation to the Board explaining that <br /> he will be running a complete delivery service out of this office <br /> and that he rents to businesses rather than consumers. <br />
