TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> a TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> tAg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Edward Swerdlick for a Variance Case #V-$2-12-029 <br /> A Petition was filed by Edward Swerdlick, of Lexington, Ma. , <br /> for permission to vary the minimum set back requirements on property <br /> located on Lot 32 Daniels Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts.. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise; a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on November 16, 19$2 and November 23 , 19$2 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 1 , 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr. and Virginia T . Landry. <br /> Mr. Michael Jones representing Mr. Swerdlick explained to the <br /> Board that if he was to observe the required set backs it would make <br /> it difficult to situate the house. Mr. Jones also pointed out to the <br /> Board that when the lot was laid out the set back requirement was 25ft . <br />
