Jones for a Variance Case#V-$2-12-030 <br /> A Petition was filed by Edward E. Jones of Brockton, Ma. , for <br /> permission to vary the minimum front yard set back on property <br /> located on Lot 32 Daniel' s Island Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee, on November 16, 19$2 and November 23 1982 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, 'December 1 , 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr. and Virginia <br /> T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Michael Jones representing Edward E. Jones explained that <br /> they would like to put a small addition on the house but due to the <br /> topography of the land,,-the addition would-have to go on the front of <br /> j the house„which would mean granting a 17 foot set back. <br />
