TOWN, OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> a TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> f98 ca DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Johns-Manville Insulation and Roofing Inc . for a <br /> Special Permit Case #Sp-$2-10-031 <br /> A Petition was filed by Johns-Manville Insulation and Roofing <br /> of New Bedford; Ma. , for permission to operate a ', arehouse on property <br /> located on Lot#2 P;iashpee Circle , Mashpee , Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee , on November 16, 1912 and November 23, 1 *0$2 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on '..ednesday. December 1 , 1932 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the follow- <br /> ing members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> Michael A . Makunas, Manuel E . Costa, Jr. and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. John Demello Director. of Davis Straits Corp. was their to <br /> represent the Johns-Manville Insulation and Roofing Co. Mr. De P•iello <br /> explained to the Board that they would like to use the building for <br /> storage of excess insulation and roofing left over from jobs that are <br /> done on the Cape, to be used on other various jobs located in` the Cape <br /> area. <br />
