Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 30, 1982 and <br /> December 7, 1982, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, December 15, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr. <br /> and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Tavares explained to the Board that he will operate a <br /> . Garden Shop with .a Nursery for large trees.
