Soliz, of Mashpee�, Ma. , for <br /> permission to construct and operate an additional six motels rooms <br /> and baths, on property located on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise a newspaper of general circula- <br /> tion in the Town of Mashpee, on December 21 , 1982 and December 28, <br /> 1982, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, January 5, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Virginia T.
