Variance Case <br /> #83-2-037 <br /> A Petition was filed by the Housing Assistance Corp. of <br /> Hyannis, Ma. , for permission to vary the minimum set back <br /> requirement on property located on the Corner of Ashers Path <br /> and Papnomett Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 18, 1983 and <br /> January 25, , 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto and made:.a <br /> + <br /> part hereof: <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, February 2, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa Jr. <br /> and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Brian Harrison explained to the Board that a 5' set <br /> back waiver would be needed to allow the house to be properly <br /> situated on the property, which had a drop off in the topography. <br />
