Shaw for a Variance Case #V-$3-2-007 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. John A. Shaw of Dedham, Ma. , for <br /> permission to vary the minimum sideline requirement on property <br /> located on #5 Monahansett Road, Popponesset Beach, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on February 1 , 1983 and <br /> February 8, 1983 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, . February 16, 19$3, at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following.members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr. <br /> and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> Mr. Shaw explained to the Board that he would be making <br /> this property a full time residence, and would need a sideline <br /> setback of 5.91 to extend the bedroom, and add a garage. <br />
