TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> r,9B ao. <br /> RE: Petition of Flume Fish Market Inc. for a Special Permit Case #iSP-84-4-013 <br /> A petition was filed by Flume Fish Market Inc. of Mashpee Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to operate a Fish Market on property <br /> located at the New Seabury Shopping Center, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was givenby publication in' the <br />` Falmouth Enterprise a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on March 20, 1984 and March 27, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> cn Wednesday, April 4, 1984 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at which time thw <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Manuel Costa Jr. , Michael Makunas and Virginia Landry. <br /> Janice Mills explained tbethe,-Bdard-that she would like to <br /> operate a fish market with take out. ` She went on to say that there <br /> would be a fryer for cooking. The hours of operation would be consistent <br /> with those of the stores at New Seabury Shopping center. <br /> There was no opposition to this request. <br />
