MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Mr. Telephone Inc. for a Special Permit Case #ISP-84-4-016 <br /> A petition was filed by Mr. Telephone of Dennis, Massachusetts <br /> for permission to operate a retail sales and service of telecommunication <br /> equipment on property located at Deer Crossing, Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> Cenral laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on April 3, 1984 and April 10, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 18, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and. acting throughout: <br /> IMichael Makunas, Manuel Costa, William Hanrahan and Virginia Landry <br /> Mr. Mahoney, President of Mr. Telephone explained to the Board <br /> their plans to operate a retail sales and light service of telephone <br /> equipment. <br />
