MA 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Falmouth Enterprise for a Special Permit Case #1SP-84-4-014 <br /> A petition was filed by Falmouth Enterprise of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for .a Special Permit for permission to operate a Bureau Office for the <br /> Newspaper on property located at Deer Crossing, Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on April 3, 1984 and April 10, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, April 18, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Michael Makunas, Manuel Costa and Virginia Landry <br /> A representative from the Newspaper explained to the Board that due <br /> to the increase of circulation in Mashpee that a Bureau Office is needed <br /> to better serve the commmity. <br />
