TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> RE; Petition of Silvia & Silvia Associates Inc. for a Special Permit <br /> Case #1SP-84-3-009 <br /> A Petition was filed by Silvia & Silvia Associates Inc. of Centerville <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate an Industrial/ <br /> Office/Trade Complex on property located on Route 28 (Assessors Map 88 Lot 38) , <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise a.newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> February 21, 1984 and February 28, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, March 7, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Virginia Landry, Peter Lawrence and Michael Makunas. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane attorney for Silvia & Silvia explained to the Board <br /> that they planned to operate an Industrial/Office/Trade Complex, for example <br /> carpenter, cabinet maker which could display only no retail sales on premises. <br /> There was no opposition to this request. <br />
