f <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> r,9B W- <br /> RE: Petition of Redbrook Corporation for a Special Permit Case #SP-84-5-023 <br /> A Petition was filed by Redbrook Corporation of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct a Cluster development on <br /> property located on the Corner of Redbrook Road and Monomoscoy Road, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 1, 1984 and May 8, 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 16, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas, William Hanrahan and Virginia Landry. <br /> Mr. Kirrane attorney for Redbrook ,Corporation explained to the <br /> Board they planned to build 54 houses- on a 36.46 arce parcel of land. <br /> The Board voted to grant the Special Permit with the condition <br /> that any necessary__approvals;beLbbtained-from`the`Planning Board <br /> Conservation Commission. <br />
