TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> Rs.: Petition of Grassground Corporation d/b/a Cataumet Fish <br /> Case #SP-84-6-026 <br /> A petition was filed by Grassgro.und Corporation d/b/a Cataumet <br /> Fish of Cataumet, Massachusetts for a Special Permit to operate a <br /> fish market on property located at Deer Crossing, Route 28, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A; Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on May 22, 1984 and May 29, 1984 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 6, 1984 at 7:30 p. m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Virginia Landry. <br />
