Weiner of Weston, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the 40, <br /> set back required on property located on Lot 9 Tide Run, New <br /> Seabury, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter -40A. Notice was given by <br /> publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town of Mashpee on June 6, 1984 and June 13, <br /> 1984 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, June 20, 1984, at 730 p.m, at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, William Hanrahan, Peter <br /> Muse. <br /> Mr. Marshall M. Dranetz explained that an error had been <br /> made by the engineer and that a Variance of 39 feet was needed. <br />
