TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> 5 TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> RE: Petition of Barry Walker Enterprises d/b/a Basket for Two <br /> for a Special Permit Case #SP-84-7-036 <br /> A Petition was filed by Barry Walker Enterprises d/b/a Basket <br /> for Two of N. Falmouth, Massachusetts for permission to operate a <br /> basket store on property located at Pine Tree Corner, Mashpee, <br /> Rotory, Ma6hpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> achusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publica- <br /> tion in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the Town of Mashpee on July,2 & July 11, 1984 a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, August 1, 1984, at 7130 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughouts Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and William <br /> Hanrahan. <br /> Judi Barry and Gail Walker explained that the baskets would <br /> be filled with picnic tools such as plates, eating utensils, napkins, <br /> thermos, cutting board and knife, and can opener. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to grant the Special Permit to operate a basket store. <br />
