Studley for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-05-022 <br /> A petition was filed by Dorothy G. Studley of Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a retail <br /> knitting store on property located at Deer Crossing, Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee on April 24, 1985 and May 1 , 1985, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, May 8, 1985, at 7 : 30 p.m. at which time the fol- <br /> lowing members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throu- <br /> ghout: Manuel Costa, Michael i:4akunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Ms. Studley explained she wanted to , operate a yarn store and <br /> she has a 5 year lease with Deer Crossing. The shop will be on the <br /> second level and they hope to open the first week in June. <br />
