Niland d/b/a Mashpee Pipe Incorporated <br /> for a Special Permit Case #SP-85-09-057 <br /> A petition was filed by Peter J. Niland of W. Yarmouth, iiTassach- <br /> usetts for a Special Permit for permission to operate a wholesale <br /> plumbing and heating supplies business in an Industrial zoning district <br /> on property located on Route 28, Madaket Place, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on September 11, 1985 and September 18, 1985, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, September 25, 1985, at 7 =30 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Mr. Kirrane represented Mr. Niland in this matter. He explained <br /> that this would be in building D the furthest from Route 28. ., Unit 19 <br /> r has 975 square feet, the front will be used as office and the back for <br /> storage of materials.
