Sheets for a Special Permit Case <br /> FISP-85-11-067 <br /> A Petition was filed by Patricia B . Sheets of Mashpee , Massachusetts <br /> i. for a Special Permit for permission to sell Christmas trees in a C-1 <br /> zoning district on property located at the New Seabury Shopping Center , <br /> Mashpee , Massachusetts . <br /> i Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of general circulation in the Town <br /> of Mashpee on October 30 , 1985 and November 6 , 1985 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, November 13, 1985 , at 7 : 30 p .m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br />,i <br /> William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver . <br /> IY Ms . Sheets said that the hours of operation would be from 10 : 00 a .m . <br /> to 7 : 00 p .m. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously to <br /> ' grant the Special Permit to sell Christmas trees subject to the following <br /> conditions . <br /> 1 . This Special Permit will expire 10 (ten) days after Christmas . <br /> 2 . The area at_athe, Shopping Center is to be restore& to its original <br /> condition. <br />
