TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> ryg co- - <br /> RE : Petition of Dana Pierce , Trustee of Landmark Realty Trust for a <br /> Special Permit Case #SP-85-11-062 <br /> A Petition was filed by Dana Pierce, Trustee of Landmark Realty <br /> Trust for a Special Permit for permission to operate a 93 unit motel <br /> with amenities in a C-1 zoning district (election per 4 . 8) on property <br /> located between Falmouth Road (Rt . 28) and Great Neck Road, Southwest of <br /> Jobs Fishing Road, (Lots 7 6 12) , assessors map'74 ; Mashpee, Massach- <br /> usetts . <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on October 30 , 1985 and November 6 , 1985 a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday , November 13 , 1985 , at 7 : 30 p .m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout : <br /> William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa, and Michael Makunas . <br /> At the time of the hearing there was no representation on this <br /> application or any correspondance from the applicant . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously to <br /> deny this application with prejudice . <br />
