Bushey for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SR85-04-014 <br /> A petition was filed by Gary J. Bushey of Nashua, N.H. for <br /> a Special Permit for permission to operate a two family house on <br /> property located on 34 Tri-Town Circle, Mashpee, Massachusetts, <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Mass- <br /> a.chfisetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by public- <br /> ation in the Falmouth Enterprise, a, newspaper of general circula- <br /> tion in the Town of Mashpee on April 10, 1985 and April 17, 1985, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 24, 1985, at 7 : 30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Will- <br /> iam Hanrahan. <br /> Mr. Bushey explained that since he has owned the home it has <br /> been two family. The home has two kitchens, two living rooms , and <br /> full baths. It also has separate entrances and exits. <br /> Mr. Makunas felt that based on the facts presented its a two <br /> family house with two separate entrances and exits, and living <br /> quarters and that it is not consistant with the zoning, the permit <br /> should be denied. <br /> 4 <br />
