Marsters for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-85-05-018 <br /> A petition was filed by Earle M. Marsters of Mashpee, Massach- <br /> usetts for a Special Permit for permission to cluster subdivide on <br /> property located on Map 108, Parcels 18, i9, 20, Red Brook and Mono- <br /> moscoy Roads, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massach- <br /> usetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town• of Mashpee on April 24, 1985 and May 1 , 1985, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, May 8, 1985 at 7 :30 p.m. at which time the fol- <br /> lowing members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Manuel Costa, Michael Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Mr. Kirrane attorney for Mr. Marsters explained to the Board <br /> that they were planning a total of 46 lots. The lot contains 29. 4 <br /> acres. The smallest lot is 16, 000 square feet, the largest lot is <br /> 24, 500 square feet. Twenty five percent of the total parcel is to <br /> be retained for open space. There is a minimum frontage of 75 feet, <br /> in all cases the minimum requirement has been met and in most cases <br /> 100 feet or more is provided for frontage on those particular lots . <br /> The Board voted to grant the Special Permit with the condition <br /> that any necessary approvals be obtained from the Planning Board <br /> and the Conservation Commission. <br />
