Andys Market for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-86-03-020 <br /> A Petition was filed by Andys Market of Mashpee, Mass- <br /> achusetts for permission to operate a Convenience Store with <br /> Liquor sales in a C-2 Zoning District on property located on <br /> Route 151, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 26 & <br /> April 2, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 9, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> at which time' the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Manuel <br /> Costa and Peter Lawrence. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on June 11, 1986 to grant the Special Per- <br /> mit as requested with the stipulation that Andys Market com- <br /> ply with the following conditions : <br /> 1. All Trucks be prohibited access or egress on the <br /> southwesterly corner of the property. <br />
