DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Paul Finn for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-86-04-021 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Paul Finn of Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts for permission to construct a wood pier <br /> ramp and float in a R-3 Zoning District on property loca- <br /> ted on 269 Poponesset Island Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of gen- <br /> eral circulation in the Town of Mashpee on March 26 & April <br /> 25 1986. A copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mash- <br /> pee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 9, 1986 at 7 :30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : Manuel Costa, Peter <br /> Lawrence and Michael Makunas. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted <br /> unanimously on April 23, 1986 to grant the Special Permit <br /> as requested on the stipulation that he conform to all <br /> "Orders of Conditions" requested by the Conservation Commi- <br /> sion. <br />
