TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS '02649 <br /> p9B DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Triple "C" Enterprises for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-86-05-035 <br /> A Petition was filed by Triple "C" Enterprises of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for permission to operate a Convenience Store <br /> with Beer/Wine/Liquor, ,Lottery, Video Rental and Sales in a <br /> C-2 Zoning District on property located on Route 283 Merry <br /> Meadow Plaza, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by public- <br /> ations in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, in the Town of Mashpee on April 9 & 16, 1986. <br /> A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, April 23, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were pre- <br /> sent and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa, <br /> and Michael Makunas. <br /> . Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on June 11, 1986 to grant the Special Per- <br /> mit as requested. <br />
