Petition of David Wolff for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-86-04-023 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. David Wolff of .Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts for permission to construct a wood pier <br /> ramp and float in a R-3 Zoning District on property loc- <br /> ated on 258 Crosstree Way, Poponesset Island, Mashpee <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance <br /> with Massachusetts Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on April <br /> 9 & 16, 1986. A copy of which. is attached hereto and <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, April 233 1986 at 7:30 <br /> p.m. at which time the following members of the Board <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting through- <br /> out : William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted <br /> unanimously on April 23, 1986 to grant the Special Permit <br /> as requested on the stipulation that he conform to all <br /> "Orders of Conditions" requested by the Conservation <br /> Commission. <br />
