LaCava Trust for a Variance <br /> Case #V-86-04-024 <br /> A .Petition was filed by Anthony J. LaCava Trust of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to <br /> e <br /> vary the parking requirements in a R-5 Zoning District on <br /> property located on Old Barnstable Road, Mashpee, Massachu- <br /> setts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on April 9 & <br /> v <br /> 16, 1986 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mash- <br /> pee Town Hall on April 23, 1986 at 7 :30 p.m. at which time <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas, <br /> and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> The Board stated that Anthony J. LaCava Trust would <br /> require additional parking spaces to meet the current By- <br /> Law standards. <br />
