TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Walter Yarosh for a Special Permit Case <br /> # SP-86-05-031 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Walter Yarosh of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for permission ,to operate a Professional <br /> Business in a C-2 Zoning District on property located on <br /> ILot 87, Cape Drive, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of gen- <br /> eral circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 7 & 143 1986. <br /> A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, May 21, 1986 at 7 :30,,p.m: at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Michael - <br /> Makunas and Manuel Costa. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on May 21, 1986 to grant the Special Per- <br /> mit as requested on the stipulation that Mr. Walter Yarosh <br /> conform to all requirements as requested by Design Review <br /> Committee. <br />
