TOWN OF MASHME <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> tgg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Robert and Barbara Buonato for a Special <br /> Permit Case #SP-86-05-030 <br /> A Petition was filed by Robert and Barbara Buonato of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts under Section-6.9 of the Land Use <br /> Requirements for permission •to install and maintain a fixed <br /> pier and floating dock in a R-1 Zoning District on property <br /> located on Lot 44, Poponesset Island Road, Mashpee, Massachu- <br /> setts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 7 & 14, <br /> 1986. A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, May 21, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were pre- <br /> sent and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Michael Ma- <br /> kunas and Manuel Costa. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on May 28, 1986 to grant the Special Permit <br /> as requested subject to the "Order of Conditions set forth <br /> by the Conservation Commission of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />
