TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> PAg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Dr. P.J. Ramawamy for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-86-05-029 <br /> A Petition was filed by Dr. P.J. Ramawamy of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts under Section 6.9 of the Land Use Requirements <br /> for permission to install and maintain a fixed pier and <br /> floating dock in a R-1 Zoning District on property located <br /> on Lot 259, Cross Tree Way, Ma.shpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 7 & 14, <br /> 1986. A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was .held on the petition at Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, May 21, 1986 at 7 :30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were pre- <br /> sent and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Michael Ma- <br /> kunas- and Manuel Costa. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on May 28, 1986 to grant the Special Permit <br /> as requested subject to the "Orders of Conditions set forth <br /> by the Conservation Commission of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />
