DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Wayne Tavares for a Variance Case #V-86-05-032 <br /> A Petition was filed by Mr. Wayne Tavares of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the <br /> setback requirements in a C-2 Zoning District on property <br /> located on Bowdoin Road and Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by pub- <br /> lication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, in the Town of Mashpee on May 7 & 14, 1986 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. . <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, May 21, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of' Appeals i <br /> were present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas, and Manuel Costa. <br /> The Board of Appeals has found Mr. Tavares' hardship <br /> is in being consistent in the setback of the immediate <br /> neighborhood. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the - Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously to grant the Variance as requested, on May <br /> 21, 1986. <br />
