TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> 1; BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> PAg DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Dr. Edward & Martha Palank for a Variance <br /> Case # V-86-05-027 <br /> A Petition was filed by Dr. Edward& Martha Palank, <br /> of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to <br /> vary the front setback requirements in a C-2 Zoning Dis- <br /> trict on property located on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachu- <br /> setts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> a � <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 7 and <br /> 14, 1986 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> _ part hereof. <br /> L a <br /> / A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> s Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, May 21, 1986 at 7 :30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals " <br /> ` <br /> were present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Manuel Costa. <br /> The Board would like to enter all documentation on <br /> this application entered into the record on this decision. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted <br /> unanimously to grant the Variance as requested on the stip- <br /> ulation the Building Permit be issued by July 1, 1987 <br /> otherwise the Board of Appeals will void the Variance. ' . <br />
