This is <br /> incorrect. <br /> This project is located approximately 500' south of the Waquoit <br /> Bay ACEC easterly boundry on the Great River. Enclosed is the <br /> narrative description and plan deliniating the actual boundry of <br /> the ACEC as developed by the Massachusetts Coastal Zone <br /> Management. On that plan, the location of the project is "X" in <br /> red. <br /> There will not be an appeal of the Order of Conditions. <br /> On behalf of Waterline Realty Trust and Barbara H.
