Dubin for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-86-05-035 <br /> A Petition was filed by Barbara H. Dubin of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for permission to construct a Timber Pier with <br /> an attached Gangway leading to a Float in a R-3M Zoning Dis- <br /> trict on property located on Lot 165, Waterline Drive, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation, in the Town of Mashpee on May 14 & 213 <br /> 1986. A copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, May 28, 1986 at 7 :30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were pre- <br /> sent and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Manuel Costa <br /> and Michael Makunas. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals <br /> voted unanimously on June 11, 1986 to grant the Special Per- <br /> mit as requested on the stipulation that Ms. Dubin comply <br /> with the following conditions : <br /> 1. Compliance of all "Orders of Conditions" setforth <br /> by the Conservation Commission of Mashpee. <br />
