' s for a <br /> Special Permit Case #SP-86-05-036 <br /> A Petition was filed by J.D. and Michelle Segel of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts under Section 6. 3 of the Land Use <br /> Requirements for permission to operate a Podiatrists office <br /> in a II Zoning District on property located in Madaket <br /> Place, Route 28, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publications in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May 14 & <br /> 211 1986. A copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, May 28, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at <br /> which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Manuel Costa. <br /> Dr. Segal stated he will be using three parking <br /> spaces and also stated most of his patients will be re- <br /> ferrals from Cape Cod Rehabilitation which will cut down <br /> on the parking spaces. <br />
