ATTACHMENT A <br /> This Zoning Board of Appeals has previously granted a <br /> Special Permit to ' Silvia & Silvia Associates , Inc . of Centerville , <br /> Massachusetts for the construction and operation of an Industrial/ <br /> Office/Trade complex on the subject matter parcel . That permit <br /> was issued on or about May 2 , 1984 . Subsequent to the issuance <br /> of that permit , several additional permits have been issued to <br /> I specific unit owners for uses permitted,,.-under the Mashpee Zoning <br /> BY-Laws . <br /> The proposed light industrial use is specifically permitted <br /> underrSection 6 . 3(G) of the Zoning By-Laws . The applicant is the <br /> prospective owner of the unit in question and plans no-:.retailing <br /> or other activity which violates the terms of the local By-Laws . <br /> The proposed light industrial use will not be noxious , offensive <br /> or otherwise hazardous to the occupants , the occupants of <br /> adjoining units , nor to the neighborhood as a whole . <br /> s <br />
