TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> rye <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals will hold a Special <br /> Meeting Tuesday, June 10, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on the following: <br /> Henry C. Labute (Pine Hill Estates) #SP-84-12-054 <br /> The construction of the P.R.C. shall be phased over <br /> a period of eight (8) years . Before submission of <br /> the detailed plans of each phase to the Mashpee <br /> Planning Board, as required by Section 9 .5, said <br /> plans shall be submitted for review and approval to <br /> the Board of Appeals as specified hereafter to de- <br /> termine their consistency with the terms and con- <br /> ditions of this Special Permit Modification. <br /> No building permit or Board of Health permits shall <br /> issue until the applicant has submitted a filing to <br /> the Planning Board for approval of the Final Site <br /> Development Plan(S) for the section(s) which it in- <br /> tends to develop. The submission to the Planning <br /> Board shall comply with the requirements annexed to <br /> this decision and labeled "Requirements for Final <br /> Site Development Pian for Section P-1.
