COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE <br /> This matter was brought before the Board of Appeals of <br /> the Town of Mashpee at a Special Meeting held on June 10, <br /> 1986, pursuant to Paragraph 30 of a Decision of the Board <br /> of Appeals of the Town of Mashpee dated January 29, 1985, <br /> which Decision permitted the issuance of a Special Permit <br /> to construct a planned retirement community in accordance <br /> with Master Site Development Plan referenced in said Decision. <br /> Said Paragraph 30 of the Decision required the applicant <br /> to file with the Zoning Board of Appeals for its approval, <br /> a copy of the Final Site Development Plan for each phase <br /> to be constructed. <br /> There was at :said meeting presented to the Board a plan <br /> entitled "Final Site Development Plan and Land Use Plan, <br /> Phase I for Planned Retirement Community, Town of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts, Pine Hill Estates" ("Final Site Development <br /> Plane herein). Said plan was prepared by Yarosh Associates, <br /> Inc. , Architect and E. J. Flynn Engineers, Inc. , consulting <br /> engineers, and said plan is dated May 19, 1986. <br /> After duly advertised public hearing, and discussion <br /> of said plan with Michael A. Dunning, Attorney for applicant <br /> and Walter Yarosh, Architect, the Board of Appeals, in accor- <br /> dance with Paragraph 30 of said Decision, hereby approves <br /> said plan, and forwards its endorsement thereof to the Planning <br /> Board with its full recommendation. <br />
