TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> ras <br /> RE: Petition of Diamond Realty Trust for a Special Permit <br /> Case #SP-86-06-045 <br /> A Petition was filed by Diamond Realty Trust of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for permission to operate an Office with stor- <br /> age of Equipment in a I-1 Zoning District on property located <br /> on Route 28, Assessors Map 88, Building B. Unit 10, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation, in the Town of Mashpee on May 28 and <br /> June 4, 1986, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, June 11, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members , of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout : Manuel Costa, Michael <br /> Makunas and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Mr. Kevin Kirrane, representing Diamond Realty Trust, <br /> stated he is proposing corporate offices for Atar Construc- <br /> tion and Cape Cod Deck. Mr. Kirrane stated this will be <br /> utilized for office, storage of material and some display <br />
