MA 02649 . <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of TVS Realty Trust for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-05-048 <br /> A Petition was filed by TVS Realty Trust of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct a building for storage of <br /> landscape materials in a I-1 Zoning District on property located on lot 20 <br /> Bowdoin Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Town of <br /> Mashpee on May 13 & 20, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, May 27, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> Thru information received the Board learned the storage building will <br /> be constructed from metal , a small area will be utilized as office space <br /> occupying total "footage of 450 square feet, the wholesale area of the <br /> building will occupy total footage of 1400 square feet and implement seven <br /> parking spaces. The Board was informed the area in the rear of the build- <br /> ing will be utilized for material storage of fieldstone, cobblestone, brick, <br /> loam, pine bark, etc. Landscaping will buffer the entire building from <br /> Bowdoin road, the rear of the building will have evergreen screening, the <br /> remainder of the building will be landscaped with a privot screening which <br /> will be placed inside of a chain link fence. <br /> M <br />
