MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Melvin & Marcella Bradshaw for a Special Permit Case <br /> #SP-87-06-055 <br /> A Petition was filed by Melvin & Marcella Bradshaw for a Special Permit <br /> for permission to construct and maintain a wooden dock with two floats, <br /> elevated walkway, steps and ramp in a R-3M Zoning District on property <br /> located on lot 1089 Popponesset Island Road, (map 106, plot 27) , Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on <br /> May 27 & June 3, 1987, a copy of which is attached. hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 10, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> There was no representative in attendance for this application, <br /> therefore upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on June 10, 1987 to deny without prejudice this application <br /> for a Special Permit. <br />
