Haney, Sr. for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-07-059 <br /> A Petition was filed by William R. Haney, Sr. of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct and maintain a pier, ramps <br /> and float in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lot 14 Ockway Bay, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on May, <br /> 27 & June 3, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, Juno'10, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Recommendations were received from the Mashpee Shellfish Warden. The <br /> Mashpee Conservation Commission ascertained that only a temporary disruption <br /> to the marine environment would occur with the construction of this referenced <br /> dock. Through information received the Board learned a boat twenty feet in <br /> length will be utilized at the dock site. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on July 29, 1987 to grant this Special Permit as requested with the stipulation <br /> this applicant ocmply with all "Orders of Conditions" setforth by the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission. <br />
