MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Fields Point Limited Partnership for a Special Permit <br /> Case#SP-87-06-057 <br /> A Petition was filed by Fields Point Limited Partnership of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit for approval of the tenant use of space <br /> 13.4 of the Mashpee Commons Special Permit Case #SP-86-04-024 for the use <br /> Rof retail sale of clothing and an automatic teller in a C-1 Zoning District <br /> on property located on Route 28 and Route 151 Pine Tree Rotary, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> 6 Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> r May 27 & June 3, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, June 10, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> Through information provided the Board was informed the retail ready <br /> to wear unit will occupy total floor area of 1 ,468 square feet and the <br /> automatic teller machine will occupy total floor area of 275.11 square <br /> feet. There were no comments received from the Mashpee Planning Board. <br />
