TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> rgB co- <br /> RE: Petition of Seymour and Judith Yanoff for a Variance <br /> Case #V-87-01-007 <br /> A Petition was filed by Seymour and Judith Yanoff of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to con- <br /> struct and maintain a four bedroom dwelling with attached <br /> garage, patio and pool located within the A.C.E.C. district <br /> on property located on lot 41 Wheelhouse Lane, Little Neck <br /> Bay, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on January 14 & <br /> 21, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, January 28, 1987 at 7 :30 p.m. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were pre- <br /> sent and acting throughout : William Hanrahan, Michael Makunas <br /> and Cheryl Hawver. <br /> The Board established with drawings presented that the <br /> house could not be constructed above the twenty-five foot set- <br /> back required as the entire lot is below that elevation. The <br /> Board learned the drainage will be directed to the dry wells. <br /> The Mashpee Conservation Commission stated no opposition how- <br />
