Eugene Stillman for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-09-088 <br /> A Petition was filed by A. Eugene Stillman of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit for permission to construct and maintain a wood pier, <br /> ramp and float in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on 255 Popponesset <br /> Island Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts Gen- <br /> eral Laws Chapter 4OA. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth Enter- <br /> prise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on August 26 <br /> & September 2, 1987, a copy of which -is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 9, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Michael Makunas and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed the pier will rise to an elevation of five feet <br /> along the marshland. The pier, ramp and float will extend 45 feet. Comments <br /> were received from the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on September 9, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested with the stipula- <br /> tion that this applicant comply with all "Orders of Conditions" setforth by <br /> the Mashpee Conservation Commission. <br />
