MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Terry, Dunning and Terry for a Special Permit Case #SP-87-09-093 <br /> A Petition was filed by Terry, Dunning & Terry of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for permission to operate an office/professional in a I-1 Zoning District on <br /> property located on Route 28 & Noisy Hole Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 9 & 16, <br /> 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 23, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas, <br /> Cheryl Hawver and Edward Govoni. <br /> The Board was informed the applicant is proposing to utilize the entire <br /> second level and the central portion of the first level for a law firm. . <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously <br /> on September 23, 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested and shall be <br /> I <br /> referenced to plans on file. <br /> The Board established that the granting of this Special Permit would be <br /> in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the ordinance or By-Law. <br />
