Jr. & Margaret Cimeno and Thomas R. & Eileen Quinn <br /> Case #SP-87-09-096 <br /> A Petition was filed by Thomas E. Jr. & Margaret Cimeno and Thomas R. & <br /> Eileen Quinn of Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit for permission to <br /> construct a removable dock, gangway and stairway in a R-3 Zoning District on <br /> property located on 29 Frog Pond Close, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on September 9 & 16, <br /> 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 23, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William Hanrahan, <br /> Manuel Costa and Michael Makunas. <br /> The Board was informed two tethered docks, 16 feet in length will be <br /> utilized at the site during the seasonal months. The Assistant Harbormaster <br /> informed the applicant a permit would be required from the Harbormaster. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals motioned unani- <br /> mously on September 23; 1987 to grant the Special Permit as requested with the <br /> stipulation that this applicant comply with all "Orders of Conditions" setforth <br /> by the Mashpee Conservation Commission. This Special Permit shall be referenced <br /> to plans on file. <br />
