BOX 1108 <br /> Pyg CA MASHPEE, MA 02649 <br /> DECISION <br /> RE: Petition of Santuit Woods Limited Partnership for a Variance <br /> Case #V-87-09-094 <br /> A Petition was filed by Santuit Woods Limited Partnership of Brockton, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance for permission to vary the front setback re- <br /> quirements in a R-3 Zoning District on property located on lot 76A, Tobisset <br /> Street, Santuit Woods, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Falmouth <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on <br /> September 9 & 16, 1987, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 23, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following mem- <br /> bers of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: William <br /> Hanrahan, Manuel Costa and Michael Makuans. <br /> The Board ascertained the hardship to be in the topography of the lot. <br /> The Board established that granting this Variance would not be detrimental <br /> to the Town and would be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of <br /> the ordinance or By-Law. <br />
